New Moston Dental Centre

I had a great experience at this dental clinic. Dr. Victoria Macdonald is very professional, kind, and caring. All the staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful, which made the whole visit comfortable and stress-free.

I had been a patient of Andrew for many years, but when the new dentist took over the experience changed completely. I am not sure where he trained, but the treatment was extremely painful unlike anything I have experienced in the last 30 years. I eventually had to change dentist as I could not continue. It was the worst dental experience I have had despite having a high pain tolerance. I do not even know his name which makes it difficult to raise an official complaint with the dental ombudsman.

My first time at this dentist, registration forms completed prior to arriving, sent through to the waiting room and called in almost immediately. Dentist asked questions, completed check up then explained what he would do at further appointments, nurse supportive. Very calming atmosphere, receptionist booked new appointments, explained the paperwork. Good experience. Thank you.

After having a bad experience with my previous dentist I was recommended to go to New Moston Dental and I’m so glad I did. The staff on reception are excellent and I had a great experience with Victoria the dentist. She made sure to explain everything as she was doing it and it really made me feel at ease.
