Mydentist - Platt Lane - Fallowfield

Part of my tooth has fallen away so phoned and they asked me to phone back next morning and i could get emergency appointment. The next morning i phoned and was told they are fully booked and they only have a 10 min slot later in the week I was also told they wont be able to do much in 10 mins but i can book it if i want. I pay for my treatment im not on benefits. I am now forced to find a differant dentist after been here 10 years.

My 1st Appointment Is In February. I Would Absolutely Like To Say A Massive Thank-you 2 All Of The Staff At Your Dentist Surgery Also I Want To Be Sure You Are Aware How Grateful I Am To Be A Patient Of Yourselves? 😉 I Have Been Without A For Dentist Far To Lon! & Have Been Unfortunately Been Unable To Find A Surgery Which Accepted New NHS Patient Service So I Am Feeling Very Fortunate & Grateful To You All! & Im Seriously Excited To Be At My Appointment? Maybe it's Some sort Of Nostalgic Pain? Either Great Nice1 Guys! 😬 I Shall Look Forward To Seeing You Soon! x🦷x

They're removing patients off their system with no reason or warning to reduce their workload. I've got a severe problem and i've called to make an appointment only to be told I was removed from the system last year but I was never notified leaving me with no dentist.

I've had nothing but a great experience with this dental practice, and in particular, their dentist Anju Nair, who has always been so great in terms of her communication, understanding and overall level of care.
