Before going here for the first time, I’ve been reading the reviews and was kind of skeptical at first to be honest about the staff and receptionist being rude and all that but when I went there it was just completely different from all the recent reviews. The receptionist was really helpful, kind and patient. The staff is amazing everyone has been so helpful, informative and understanding particularly Nadia explaining what happens in detail and being supportive with my appointments. Overall I think this place is great and would recommend this place to others.
I'm very pleased with the results. All staff were professional and friendly throughout the journey and with their time. Thank you to Orthodontist Nadia and Sowra in particular, you're in safe hands!
The reception must hate life or something I don’t know why she has to be so rude all the time. Also the 10 minute late policy is a joke. You guy are not as busy as you make it out to be. Being 10-20 minutes late for reasons you can not control and traveling nearly an hour to be refused your appointment is ridiculous . I was 20 minutes late due to reasons I can’t control as I don’t drive and live far away . I came into an empty building and even saw my doctor, who wasn’t busy at all, just chatting away to the rude receptionist and they still couldn’t get me in and do my appointment. Some of …
