Couldn’t recommend this practice enough. The whole team goes above and beyond for the patients. I always feel comfortable when I attend my appointments because of the dedication, care and professionalism that every team member shows. I just wanted to show how grateful I was today when I was fit in for an appointment. An incredible team who truly care! I cannot thank Kingsway Dental enough for the exceptional care they gave to my mum. She became very unwell during a routine dental check-up, experiencing sudden dizzy spells, and the entire team responded with such speed, professionalism, and genuine compassion. She did not feel unwell due to the treatment as she has other health conditions which may of triggered her dizzy spells. I've been a patient here for many years & had all sorts of treatments with various people & I cannot recommend this practice enough. They're worth the journey I have to make every time. The receptionist is very helpful & friendly & every dentist/hygienist etc. I've seen there was caring, explained things clearly & thoroughly, provided excellent treatment (I never had to have anything redone, unless I was told I would need to), inspired confidence & just generally was a pleasure to deal with. First of all, sorry if this review is a little bit long-winded as I struggle to find the words to properly express what I’m wanting to say but honestly I cannot at all find the words to say how much finding this practice means to me or how truly & utterly grateful I am to all of the staff here.
