At impress Manchester I saw Dr. Ahmed and he was extremely kind, attentive and diligent. I did not feel any pain or discomfort whatsoever, physically or emotionally. My appointment with him only reinforced my decision of getting aligners and confirmed that Impress was the perfect choice. All the staff are so lovely and welcoming. I was assisted by Asseya regarding appointments and my treatment plan. She is very easygoing and professional, so the whole process was informative and straightforward. I am excited to start my plan soon and can’t wait for my next visit!

My experience with impress has been absolutely amazing, I couldn’t have changed a thing it’s been so great. My teeth are now straight and I’m very happy with them! Dr Ahmed Niki the nurse and Asseya the sales manager have been fabulous throughout my whole journey I can’t thank yous enough! Xx

Lovely staff and lovely clinic. Sales manager Asseya and Dr. Ahmed were lovely. I didn’t feel pushed into a particular service or oversold. Dr Ahmed was very clear in explaining everything and making sure I was happy with his recommendation.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I requested a new set of retainers in Sept 2025 and received nothing from Impress. When I chased they claimed I needed to go to a centre to a rescan because they had lost my details. I tried for 3m to book in at a centre but Impress either cancelled my apt to fit in new customers or told me they had nothing available. They have however kept my £150 since Sept 2025 and even after agreeing to refund my money in November and then again in December and multiple calls and emails they have still not sent my money back.
