Had an appointment so attended waited at the community reception then a man popped his head around the corner and said “he’s gone home” I said I have an appointment at 4pm his response was “I’d suggest sitting down and he might call you” my appointment is with a female.and now I’m sat here waiting absolutely ridiculous level of service
The worst clinic. If you don’t book an appointment through the app they tell you to use, you won’t get seen – and the app doesn’t even work. When you call, no one picks up. If you call later, they tell you to call back at a specific time. It’s extremely difficult to get through, and the care is non-existent. Even when you finally manage to arrange a blood test and show up, they cancel it, saying there’s no one available to take it. So if you have a problem, this doctor won’t help you at all. I absolutely do not recommend them.

I had a few appointments, including myself and my son. And it was solved very quickly and effectively. I am really happy with the appointment outcomes. Old review. Really don't know what to say .. Cervical screening appointment took 3 months to areange, then 3 times cancelled and I'm currently 7 months late with Cervical screening.. Appointment for tomorrow 21st of December again cancelled follow by message to call…

The receptionists are just gorgeous and forever helpful, going out of there way for patients and keeping you updated if you are awaiting PTS. You also wait very little time for your appointment and l have only been treated with kindness, respect a…
