I had such a great experience at this dental practice from start to finish. The team were incredibly welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and really well organised. My appointment ran on time, and the care and attention to detail was amazing. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in their work.
First appointment with Dr hameed who took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. He talked me through my treatment plan in a clear and reassuring way, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I truly appreciated how attentive he was, Highly recommend!
Everyone is so warm and friendly from entering the practice. Just had a filling and was told what was happening at every step during the procedure. Very communicative, professional and a real sense of pride and care in their work. Would heartily recommend this practice.
I’d not been to the dentist for a little while and needed a filling replacing. I had to go back to have it adjusted (that particular tooth is an awkward shape so I don’t blame them) and this later turned into a root canal. I’ve also had a treatment with the hygienist. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, considerate and professional. I’ve always felt listened to and never rushed during appointments.
