My grandad had been registered with this practice for many years. He has dementia, and unfortunately the surgery repeatedly failed to contact him for his regular reviews or monitoring. As a result, he was effectively forgotten about, which is incredibly worrying for someone elderly and vulnerable. There have also been several occasions where he was offered appointments for unrelated issues, only for him to arrive and be told he wasn’t actually booked in. This caused him stress and confusion, which could have been avoided with better organisation and communication. I completely understand …

Went there to sit in the library snd do some puzzles. The librarian was very helpful and loaned me a pen. There was a client there who was at the top of her voice on her phone. Are we all afraid to speak up to maintain standards? Why are people so disrespectful of rules and of others?

My husband checked in at 10.45am for 11.00am Podiatry appt. After 3/4 hr checked with reception that he had been checked in, he was told "Yes, I think so" after a further 3/4 hr, we rang a podiatry number and were told the person we were due to see had left. It appears there were 2 men with the same surname had appts, different first names. Obviously, one was not booked in. Very bad practice.
