Had a very good experience here this morning having a scale and polish clean. The guy on reception made me feel very comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived. He addressed me by name before I had even introduced myself (I had booked online). As a new client, these small touches from my perspective are what makes really great customer service. I recently visited Dr. Hasan at this dental clinic and had a great experience. He is not only a skilled dentist but also very friendly and approachable. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was happening with my tooth and the bite adjustment. Even though the issue wasn’t resolved immediately, he carefully reassessed it on my follow-up visit and suggested the best solution—a mouth guard. I really appreciate that they never rush you.
