I’ve had such a fantastic experience at this dental practice! From the moment I walked in, the team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The reception staff are friendly and efficient, and the dental team is knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely caring. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable throughout your visit. The practice is spotless, modern, and runs like clockwork. I have been coming to this surgery for many years and their customer service is exceptional. Every member of staff from those on reception through to the dentist, hygienist and their assistants truly care for their customers. I always leave here with a smile. A special mention for Katie on the reception - so lovely and helpful :-)
I’ve been at Bupa Dental for a few years now. Ioana is a fantastic dentist, she’s both extremely personable (I’m a nervous patient!) and an incredibly talented dentist. I visit for my check ups and treatment, both are always timely and leave me feeling at ease. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for my dental care.
I had an emergency appointment with Dr. Andy and his assistant Maria, and the experience was excellent. They were professional, kind, and very friendly, which made a stressful situation much easier. The staff was fantastic.
