Amazing experience at Shrawley House Dental Practice. Everybody is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. As a hygienist, Bradley is second to none. The time and care he takes is superb. The same can be said of Andrew McRobert as a dentist - the best I have ever seen. You never feel rushed and everything is done to put you at ease, and is fully explained to you. The dental nursing staff and receptionists add to the whole professional and friendly ambience and caring atmosphere. First class service!
Bradley put me at ease when I arrived and was very professional in carrying out the dental hygiene for my teeth. He asked me questions about my current dental hygiene regime and made suggestions for improvement where relevant. He provided me with a score for me to understand my current level of dental hygiene and compared this with the score from my last visit. He then asked me if I had any questions about my dental hygiene and answered them comprehensively. I have been well served by Shrawley House Dental Practice for over 35 years. The staff are just the best...whatever role they are in. I am always well looked after and treated with respect. Andrew is so professional and kind. Bradley is a fabulous hygienist who pays attention to the fine detail but puts the patient first. His sense of humour is brilliant! I had my teeth whitening treatment at Shrawley House Dental Practice and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The practice is friendly, professional, and extremely well run. Bradley Hull, the Dental Therapist, was brilliant. He explained the whitening process clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout.
