A quite exceptional dental practice. Staff are cheerful , helpful and adaptable to treatment and scheduling requirements. Complete transparency on cost implications and to the best of my knowledge are cost competitive with other private sector providers. I have no hesitation on staying with them for my future requirements.
Really disappointed with my visit. Was told I needed 4k worth of work, which if I did then fair enough. Went to another local dentist for a second opinion to be told I didn't need anywhere near that much work. Really disappointing that a local practice is taking advantage. Not once in the consultation was I asked about how much I can afford or if there were any other options. Dentist seemed uninterested and unhelpful which is shame when they expect you to pay so much. I would suggest saving your money for a other local practice and not be a few hundred pounds down just to be overcharged.
Staff are very nice and good listeners, saffy and her nurse are so nice too and professional, tex,s of up coming visits are reliable and the reminders are useful too, the best dental practice I’ve experienced , well done.
Friendly, efficient Katie along with reception area gentleman in getting a same day emergency appointment for a wobbly tooth. Then, professional ,caring dentist Safoora and assistant staff always providing a first class customer experience.
