I have used this dental surgery over the past 2 year. The receptionist has always been polite, friendly and helpful with all my questions and visits to the dentist. All the dentists that I have seen have all been polite, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dental surgery to anyone who lives in Malpas.
Treatment fine but impossible to book an appointment without visiting the practice. I phoned at least 12 times over 3 days and was always dumped out to an answerphone. Left a message the first time but never received a response so pointless leaving any more.
My first time under this dentist's drill. I was informed in advance of each step, and given time to swallow and breathe on several occasions during the procedure, which allowed me time to relax a little. The assistant was excellent, collecting every scrap of old filling and keeping my mouth well watered. A good team. The temporary crown over my broken tooth is secure.
First time at surgery since change of management so I was more apprehensive than usual. However had a very positive experience and the dentist Sachin was lovely. I was still glad to leave however!
