Heybridge Dental Practice

Coming to this dental practice has been the best thing I've done. I've had some bad experiences with dentists in the past but Heybridge Dental practice has turned my anxiety of going to the dentist around. Not only are the staff polite and helpful they are also all so friendly and welcoming. My dentist, Harry, is absolutely amazing and I would never want to see anyone else. The worst dental practice I have ever experienced! So my daughter was struck off as missed an appointment last year. Which is fine rules are rules. However she has been in excruciating pain for the last 2 days! I called and got her an emergency appointment and paid £80 We get to appointment for her to be told that she has an exposed nerve and is inflamed. The dentist told her that the treatment she could have would be between £650.00-£950.00. I asked him does she need antibiotics and he said no I don’t feel it warrants them. The staff are friendly , and the dental nurse is very patient with me, so I have no issues here. The thing what confuses me is how things are explained. Example: I had paid for a deposit to see the hygienist and also the dental nurse for a checkup. Unfortunately I had to cancel the hygienist due to day surgery at hospital. The receptionist told me that the deposit will just carry over on my account. So on the next visits I didn’t think that I would have to pay anything having paid for 2 lots of deposits, but I was told that only 1 deposit would be taken off as they are 2 separate things. I …
