Toyin is very professional and calm when carrying out treatments. She’s a very knowledgeable and polite dentist. My son has stated he feels minimal pain as she takes her time and is patient. The reception staff are always polite and nice too - appointments easy to get also.
Disappointed After Years of Loyalty I’ve been a patient here for several years, but the recent experience has been deeply disappointing. The customer service was dismissive and unprofessional, and when I raised a genuine concern, it was brushed aside without any meaningful response. Despite the high prices, I expected a standard of care and accountability. Instead, I was told the practice is “independent” and has no formal complaint process or governing body to escalate issues. Very kind and understanding staff. My procedure (3 teeth taken out) was quick and painless. They understood my anxiety so we're very gentle and explained what they were going to do, it was over before I knew it. After care was very good they made sure i was OK before I left with instructions for aftercare.
A very caring Practice with delightful and kind staff. My dentist is lovely. Understanding and provides excellent care. The clinic is well kept. Appointments run to time.
