After not visiting a dentist for several years, I was very anxious about booking an appointment and worried about what problems might be found. However, from the moment I walked in, the whole team made me feel completely at ease. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, and both the dentist and dental assistant were kind, reassuring, and professional throughout. They took the time to explain everything clearly as we went along, which really helped calm my nerves and made the experience far more comfortable than I expected. A most extraordinary experience dealing with this practice. One’s able to book a same day urgent appointment in a matter of minutes. From the moment I entered the practice I was greeted with nothing but happy, smiling staff who focused on professional standards. From the reception staff to the dental team everything went well. The clinical staff addressed the issue and before I knew it assessed, x rayed and treatment plan in place. I would highly recommend this service.
I recently attended the practice on two occasions and was seen by Dr Mathi, and have really been impressed. She was extremely thorough, very professional and took the time to explain what she was doing, which really helped put me at ease. I felt confident in her care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent dentist.
