The staff are all very friendly and they show interest in me as a person and not just as a patient. The surgery is clean, tidy and professional. The reception staff are welcoming and caring. My dentist Dr. Pink is brilliant! She is kind, gentle and I feel in very safe hands under her care. Dr. Pink is an asset to this surgery.
I started coming to Fresh Dental & Implant Clinic recently, and it’s been such a good experience...The place feels modern and welcoming, I even joked it’s more like walking into a spa (in a good way!). I'v had 2 teeth cleans here now and both have been completely painless. Also the equipment felt really modern and up to date. On my second visit I needed a filling, and what really impressed me was how fair they were. They’d quoted me for a bigger filling, but once they got into it, it turned out to be less work than expected and they actually reduced the price... that kind of honesty is rar…
My appointment was for 4pm when I arrived I went straight in for the scan. The staff were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Fresh Dental.
Having visited several dental practices in Maidstone, I must say that this one stands out as the most exceptional. The hygienist provided an outstanding service, offering a clear explanation of all procedures and a comprehensive analysis of my teeth. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, guiding me through each step with care, and I thoroughly enjoyed the visit. There were no attempts at upselling, and I was delighted to receive a complimentary goodie bag for home use.
