I have to comment that the level of service was absolutely superb. There was a mix up with the booking of 2 appointments at the same time but Leanne on reception sorted it all out very quickly. The Dentist and Nurse Dr Punjabi and Ayesha were brilliant and took great care of an issue i was having. Prethi, the hygienist was also absolutely superb. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing to find a qulity dentist.

Just a few words thanking Dr Siddique for her advice whilst she was attending the practice of D’amirale at Henley on Thames yesterday (24 Feb). Although I was seeing another dental surgeon at the time. She gave me professional advice on a loose implant I had done about 15 years ago. Very rare these days to get that Service. I visited this dental practice for the first time for an emergency appointment, and I’m so grateful I ended up in the care of Kiran. From the moment I arrived, the whole team was warm, calm, and incredibly friendly which made me feel at ease. Kiran was outstanding — professional, gentle, and extremely thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly & made sure I was happy with all the information before I left. Her calm manner and genuine care instantly put me at ease as the dentist is a massive fear of mine. Even as a first-time patient, I felt like I’d been going there for years…

Staff are a joke. Acted like children running up the stairs giggling away, didnt tell me the bridge hadn't come in. Took half a day off work for this. Saw me sitting there and simply said nothing, just kept mucking around. Only later when i was in ANOTHER room waiting i was to be told. Been unprofessional throughout. Do your phones not work? Do you not have receptionists? Do you just allow people to be treated this way? Manager - Carolina - says sorry. You may want to educate yourself on the notion, the word sorry, means nothing if nothing is done to rectify the issue. Your staff matters a…
