Actual service of care has been good, especially with the new dentist who was assigned to me, can’t fault them there. Unfortunately in recent months phone services have been poor, hard enough to even get through to talk to them. Had multiple appointments cancelled and rescheduled then cancelled again when waiting for a treatment. Finally get through to them after waiting 45 mins on 2 separate calls as the first one ended at 30 mins. 17 of which I was first in the queue. Then to be told they’ve put a fine on my account for missing an appointment I never scheduled as again, they kept cancelli…

They don't care about their patients they are just a mega money making machine now. Pushing NHS patients to get unnecessary private treatment. LIED to my face about how root canal treatment cannot be done under the NHS so they could push their over priced private treatments. they are a disgrace

They don't have a policy to warn people wich not attending within 2 years are taken down from their practice with NHS registration,even I was there last year in November they didn't mention to me! I was with them for 10years,good doctors,but the actual reception staff don't care bout NHS patients waiting for 2 years if not attend to take down from their practice without any warning! It's all about private care and money now,so sad!

The girls in Maghera Dental Care are so professional and friendly and really put you at ease from the minute you walk in! They offer so many different services and I couldn’t fault them!
