Great dentists, great hygienist, but one particular very unhelpful/unfriendly receptionist. I used this dentist regularly, then some years ago got an x-ray showing that I needed root canal treatment. Unfortunately I couldn't afford the work done privately at the time so I asked for the x-ray that I had paid for so as I could take it to an NHS dentist. The receptionist had said that I couldn't have it as it was theirs & the NHS hadn't taken the x-ray. A couple of weeks ago, I called and asked if I could have a root canal treatment that my usual dentist could not do because he did not have the appropriate PPE equipment. As they told me they could do it, I went to Llys Einion practice. Turns out they did not have the required PPE equipment either and charged me £60 for an emergency appointment that consisted of the dentist just having a look at the x-ray that the other dentist had already done. We have been coming here for 17 years . Glenys is an excellent dentist , the hygienist is wonderful and the rest if the staff are very efficient , professional and friendly...

Best dental experience I have had (and I'm 62). Lovely staff and though I really don't like going to the Dentist coming here I never get worried.
