I have been receiving treatment at the Insley Practice for the past 5 years or so and am very happy with the caring approach adopted by all the staff. I am very pleased to write this recommendation and commend the professionalism in all aspects of this family practice.

I had a very positive experience at Insley! Everyone from the receptionist, apprentice and dental nurse were all lovely and made me feel at ease! My appointment was with Rashi, she also made me feel at ease and explained everything clearly. My teeth feel so much better coming away from my appointment, I would highly recommend especially if you’re a nervous patient!

From my first contact on a monday morning thebwhole process was made to feel comfortable and reassuring. Add to that a last minute 'fit me in' on Tuesday for further emergency treatment and all I can say is what a superb service. Reassuring throughout with friendly communication and putting me at ease, a great thing for those who dont like the dentist, I can say they cater well for the patient.
