A really great first visit today. Really welcoming and friendly team. Emily was lovely and very thorough with my initial check up and cleaning. She explained everything in detail, it was great to see the photos of my teeth and she talked me through any thoughts she had regarding possible treatments and plans going forward. Didn’t feel rushed at all which was really nice. I’d really recommend. Thanks guys!
Just fab., No problems for a long time then a 36 year old crown got angry. I was so nervous but Emily was amazing. Kept me calm, & explained everything. I went today to have my old crown taken off. No problem at all! My temporary one actually looks better than the 36 year old it replaced! A bit more to go, including a visit to a specialist, but thank you so much Emily. You’re an absolute breath of fresh air & it’s so amazing to see a young dentist so passionate and so bloomin good at their profession!
So thankful to Emily and the team at Flourish today for treating my 10 year old son at very short notice after a tooth trauma on a school trip. He’s a very nervous patient when it comes to dentists and needles, but the whole team handled the situation so well and made him feel as comfortable as possible given the circumstances. As a parent, I couldn’t have asked for a better service today and I know that my son has had the best treatment in the shortest possible timeframe. My son is super grateful and also wanted to express his thanks!
I don't usually write these things but felt motivated to do so today after leaving my appointment. Over the last few years my experience has been consistently very good & the new, visible changes to the branding + the building etc is that they are an genuine improvement, giving the impression of excellence.
