Dr Than Aung is a very professional and excellent dentist. Very thorough, friendly, caring and gentle. Always accommodating if emergency treatment is required. The 1.15 hour drive to get to Avenue House is time well spent in order to receive the best dental care. Highly recommended. Would not go anywhere else.
I recently visited Avenue House Dental Practice for some treatment. Shideh was absolutely first class and explained the procedure to ensure I fully understood and was at complete ease. Her calm, friendly and professional manner is the reason I have no hesitation to recommend her and the team. I was delighted with the outcome of my treatment. : )
Than and the nursing team are all brilliant, kind reassuring and knowledgeable clinically and humanly. Debra also provides fantastic care as a hygienist. Always been happy with the outcomes of my provided healthcare. Recently contacted by a receptionist who has led me to leave and source another practice - On this experience alone. Maybe some more training in customers services. I am going through the process of having orthopaedic treatment which would have seen me regularly attending the practice… I feel sad to have to leave from this but I am unwilling to be spoken to how she did.
