Had a checkup to register as new patients and won’t be returning… receptionist was lovely so nothing against her at all! We both expressed some concerns in our appointment, I thought I needed a filled , had an x-ray and no issues but the dentist said “if you want a filling I can give you one” felt very unprofessional and just trying to make money even if people don’t need a treatment. Dentist is supposed to be somewhere you can go for advice not just be told if you want a filling have it…who wants a filling on a tooth you’ve said is healthy? Thank You Tom. Lovely, professional, reassuring and thorough. First dentist I trust! Room for reception improvement. Remember, you're there all the time, for some it's a new experience and professionalism should be a given. Becoming and warmth need addressing.

Hygienist appointment cancelled twice. The second time, I was actually at the desk before they told me (apparently a text had been sent, but I still haven't received it). I've decided to register elsewhere. Disappointing. I was also a bit horrified to see bloody handprints and blood splatters on the walls of reception - these were Halloween "decorations" but seem in rather poor taste, especially when so many people are afraid of the dentist!

After reading a lot of negative reviews I was sceptical, however I have been seen for a checkup and then had my fillings done within 2 weeks. The staff were all very friendly and reassuring, everything was done in a well timed manner and I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing I would say brings this down is trying to contact view phone - the number takes you to a different branch which can be difficult, I managed to get through via email though so It’s good there’s multiple routes.
