I’ve been a patient at Magee since I was a child. In recent years the experience has been increasingly negative - they’re only interested in private patients. Get sick and have to cancel an appointment? You’ll have to wait a year for a rescheduled one. I recently found out via a friend that my dentist had left the practice (no one from Magee informed me) and nobody told me I’d need to reschedule an upcoming appointment, so I enquired. Yes, need to reschedule but wait 11 months for it. Same for my child - meaning the child has gone 18 months without a checkup. Final straw came when I had a…

She was a real professional, so kind and understanding, and she made sure my baby son's first experience at the dentist was a good one too. The other staff were incredibly friendly and reassuring too, and the clinic itself is very modern and clean. My husband also had great feedback from his check up with Cameron.
