Being someone who does not like the dentists I have to say that after my visit today I have changed my opinion,went in feeling very nervous about treatment and especially injections as was in for 3 fillings,the dentist i saw was very professional,and took into account how I was feeling,I felt she went beyond to help me feel comfortable and relaxed,I left after my treatment with a different outlook,a VERY BIG THANKYOU to Amritha Pulikkottil for putting me at ease.would highly recommend this practice.

I have a real phobia of dentists since I had an accident as a little girl, and I mean being physically sick before a check up. My dentist is on long term sick and I was lucky enough to be seen by Mr Trent. He is fantastic, he's had a lot of work to do because my teeth were a real mess. But he's made time for me and for the first time I can remember I go into the dentist and I'm ok. Seriously can not rate this man highly enough. I feel relaxed and I put all my trust in him. After all the hassles we have all had with dentists after Covid I had an appointment last week with who i hope will be my regular dentist at the Oulton Broad surgery. She made me feel at ease, took time to listen to the issues i was having and to clearly explain treatment options before proceeding. Thank you.

We probably all know how awful having toothache is? I have been with this practice for a few years now and they are always amazing. I cannot praise this surgery enough as I contacted them recently with raging toothache and everybody from the wonderful receptionists to my lovely lady dentist & nurses who got me sorted. I know how difficult it can be if you are in pain but please bear a thought for these lovely people & be kind. I would like to mention Joanne by name - in a nutshell - shes truly amazing.
