Bupa Dental Care Longfield

Following my complaint regarding a charge for an '"emergency " appointment ,I appreciated both the Practice Manager and Omar spending time today discussing Also the discount gesture offered against my ongoing treatment. It is always difficult making changes especially having the same dentist for many years at Longfield,I now feel I can confidently move on. Omar took time today preparing my tooth for a crown,he explained exactly what and why during today's appointment which was greatly appreciated hence rating now given.

Been coming here for years now, never had a bad experience. My son came in for braces of which he had them on for over 3 years, throughout all of this never once did he have a bad experience. Very much wouldn recommend.

Have attended the Longfield practice for over twenty (!) years now. I have always received great service, and I am particularly grateful to Christine for her clear advice and compassionate treatment. I am a nervous patient, but she has carefully managed to take away much of the fear from me. Priceless.

The practice have been great with our son during his treatment. Friendly, Compassionate and very approachable makes the stress of the process far easier to handle.
