Excessive reminders, despite calling to confirm my appointments I still receive upto 12 texts,emails,calls & voicemails! No need! Plus while the receptionists are pleasant and kind, each time I visit the hygienist she makes my gums bleed & tells me I need to practice good oral care despite my gums never bleeding at home, brushing twice a day & regularly attending scale & polish appointments - it’s downright rude & uncalled for. I am terrible with anxiety around dentists, the receptionists were excellent as was the actual dentist and nurse. It was an emergency appointment and they were so kind and helpful. Have restored my faith and a bit of my nerves around dentists. Cannot thank them enough
