Wood Street Dental Practice

I had been absolutely petrified for years about having dental treatment, but this dentist (Marina) was amazing! She took the time to calm my nerves and made me feel completely at ease. The whole procedure was gentle and pain-free — I couldn’t believe how comfortable I felt. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’m so grateful to Marina and her amazing tea who are always professional and friendly towards me and my family. Highly recommend to anyone who’s nervous about going to the dentist!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The dentist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to complete my treatment, claiming a filling would cost £250, which felt unreasonable and poorly explained due to her level of competency to carry it out. She did not listen or try to understand my concerns, instead talking over me throughout the appointment. She even mentioned being “exhausted,” yet was booking multiple patients at the same time. From what I observed, patients were rushed in and out after X-rays, with no real attention to care or customer service. Do not go here. If you …

Went there with my 3 year old niece for her first check up. Both the dentists and the reception staff were very child friendly and made it an enjoyable visit for the little one, and gave her a sticker once she was done.

Recieved excellent care and treatment. All staff were very professional. Took away my worries straight away.
