I would not recommend the Royal Brompton Hospital clinic on Wimpole Street to anyone. Unfortunately, my visit there was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any health clinic — private or otherwise. I booked urgent blood tests after experiencing severe heart palpitations and shortness of breath, which I had clearly explained over the phone. I also provided the referral form from my GP in advance, exactly as requested, and continued to liaise with the admin team over email to make sure everything was approved before attending. I had a great experience at the clinic - the waiting room and facilities are really nice and I felt very well looked after. The staff were also really friendly and attentive - would definitely recommend!

The staff were really friendly, professional and were there when you needed them. The room facilities were ok, l struggled with the free Wi-Fi and the TV never worked but overall it was a nice place. I felt at ease during my time. Very nice

Doctor rocked up 1 hour late to the appointment and behaved unprofessionally. I could have gone to the NHS for delays like that and they would have done a more professional job. I’m not going to publicly humiliate him by naming him, but staff at the clinic will know who he is. The rest of the staff, including the receptionists, Vera, the healthcare assistant and the coffee lady were helpful and did a decent job. Because of the doctor though, I won’t be returning to this facility again. First impressions are everything.
