I had a very bad experience with this clinic. When I took my son there for an assessment, I was told several times that he was not eligible for NHS treatment, and I was given a hefty quote. I then took him to another clinic for a second opinion, where I found out that he was in fact eligible, and he is now, 6 months later, wearing braces provided by NHS.

It isn't easy to contact anyone. I have left several (8-9) messages, and when I finally spoke to someone in the private client group, I was told that another person would call me back about my issue. Of course, that didn't happen either, despite emphasising the importance of the enquiry and the fact that my earlier voicemails had gone unanswered. I am now convinced I need to find a new orthodontic practice, even though I prefer to support our local businesses.
