had a very upsetting experience this dentist. I contacted the practice after being referred by an NHS emergency dentist who had seen me the week before. I explained I was in pain, and they gave me an appointment for 10 days later. When I arrived for that appointment, I was told the dentist “didn’t have time to do it” and the way this was said was very rude and dismissive, despite the fact that I had been booked in specifically for this problem. I saw Dr.Sri today and I must say it was a truly positive experience. Professional, attentive, and very kind, he immediately put me at ease, explaining each step clearly and patiently, and was friendly and helpful.
