Both of my sons have been referred to this clinic for orthodontic treatment. At the beginning of January, I received a text message confirming an appointment, but no information about the clinic location or any further details. I contacted my dentist to obtain the clinic’s contact details and called to ask for clarification. On my first call, the staff member I spoke to was polite and advised that I would receive an email closer to the appointment date with full details. We arrived with a few minutes to spare. The clinic is based of the main road. The best bus is 284 but not exclusively. The building is below a bock of new builds The reception area is nicely decorated and puts people at ease, especially children. The consultation rooms are brightly coloured in different colours and gives the appearance if been 'cool'. The consultant was friendly and he quickly welcomed the young patient. He talk all through the procedure which was informative as well as a good distraction. I would highly recommend .
Despite arriving early and on time for our appointment, we still had to wait 40–50 minutes to be seen because the dentist was running late. This caused delays for everyone in the waiting room. I found this quite unprofessional. I understand that things get busy, but it would be helpful if patients were notified in advance, as many people make an effort to be on time, the experience gave the impression that scheduling standards could be improved.
