Together Dental Clapham

Two weeks ago I attended a routine hygienist appointment at this practice. In the past I’ve always found the staff polite and professional, so I had no reason to be concerned. During this visit, however, the hygienist forcibly pushed some kind of packing between my front teeth and then dragged a metal tool through them. It was very uncomfortable, but I trusted that they knew what they were doing. When I got home, I was extremely distressed to discover that I had a visible chip in one of my teeth. I am really disappointed with the way I have been treated at Together Dental. Every time I come in, I greet the reception staff politely, but they never acknowledge me back. Their attitude feels unfriendly, almost as if they don’t want to be there or assist patients. As a mum with a double buggy, it’s especially upsetting that no one offers to help open the door or make things easier when entering the clinic. I was very impressed,upon my first to the practice. I found everyone that I dealt with to be cheerful, courteous, efficient and professional. I would definitely and wholeheartedly recommend, to anyone seeking a dentist in the Braintree area.

Genuinely the WORST experience I’ve ever had on multiple occasions. Leaked my medical and personal data, cancelled my appointments without telling me (told other unauthorised people over the phone before ever contacting me), and said they would give me discount but actually just used my own credit on my account! Would not recommend this dental practice to anyone who cares about their safety or their money.
