The Second Floor Dental Practice

I cannot recommend The Second Floor Dental Practice highly enough, especially for families with young children. On our recent visit the staff were exceptionally welcoming, making us feel at ease right from the start. Juhi was incredibly patient and gentle with my child, who can be quite anxious. They created a fun and engaging environment that captivated my toddler, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a delightful visit. This practice deserves every bit of its stellar reputation, and I highly recommend it to any parent seeking a skilled dental team.

Fantastic service and care shown by Mr Shukle, Princess and the whole team. I have been attending for over 20 years with my family and everytime we are treated with excellent attention and kindness. I have been going to this practice for 30+ years The service is completely patient focused with every member of staff working as a team to provide the best service possible the receptionist is both efficient and courteous the dental nurse is kind and caring and Mr Shukle himself the dentist is the best Dentist ever for explaining and communicating everything he’s going to do calmly and quietly which gives you a huge amount of confidence I cannot really recommend this practice highly enough. This is the best Dental practice I have been to. Dr. Nilesh Shukla made me very relaxed and calm during my tooth extraction. He explained the process thoroughly which calmed my nerves. He was communicating through our the extraction asking me how I was doing. His assistant Sujata was just as pleasant with a warm smile. Thank you.
