This practice has gone downhill since new ownership. Female staff & dental nurses are unorganised & very unprofessional (chit chatting /giggling/constantly walking around from room to room) However Blonde Receptionist is friendly. Pricing between NHS and private treatment needs to be clearly communicated and transparent to patients!
