I just completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr Fern. She was so wonderful, always so pleasant. She has a lot of experience and is very detail oriented. She really wanted to make sure that I was very happy with my end result. She truly looked after me every step of the way. Her team is also great and super friendly and knowledgeable. I had a great experience with Mr Patel – very professional and kind. The reception team is also incredibly friendly and responsive, which really helps when you’re in pain or stressed. I had an erupted wisdom tooth and while the NHS would have taken weeks/months to get it sorted, Mr Patel’s team was empathetic and quick to help. Pricing was reasonable, and they even gave me a phone number to call in case I had any problems or concerns afterwards. Highly recommend!
