I came back to prefect dentist after 13 years absent and I was pleasantly surprised with the service. I was treated with respect and dignity. The practice manager was supper friendly and helpful and is always happy to help and answer any questions. This made me feel at ease. Even though I was nervous coming back. I was booked in to see the dentist who was so friendly and then the hygienist who has been amazingly patient with me and has been doing a great job with my teeth. Excellent service from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, the staff was welcoming, and Dr. Sol took time to explain my treatment options thoroughly. She is gentle, kind and very professional !! Well run practice with pleasant staff. Well organised, clean and modern and the hygienist is excellent. I dropped a star because they take a deposit for repeat appointments to see the hygienist (which I do every three months). This means they permanently keep £45 of my money. My hairdresser doesn’t do this.

One of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Fayaz was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He acted like my tooth pain was an inconvenience and showed no real concern for my discomfort. I left feeling ignored, frustrated, and still in pain. If you value basic respect and proper care, i would absolutely not recommend this dentist1
