Very good service. The reception staff were very kind and there was barely waiting time. The specialist was very knowledgeable and went straight to the point. She inform me that she will do a follow up regarding my pending referral to the NHS service for a special treatment.

I take my daughter here every 6 months and my experience with our dentist is just fantastic. Also the receptionist can be quite helpful amending times, giving different days and times options.

Unfortunately, after I requested an emergency appointment, the dentist’s conduct was extremely unprofessional at a time when I was suffering from one of the worst dental pain I’ve ever experienced. He showed no sense of decency, courtesy, or basic human empathy. He didn’t even ask me to sit down or rest, despite how visibly exhausted I was, and he didn’t bother to look inside my mouth.
