I contacted Optimal Dental Health following a recommendation to replace my mercury amalgam fillings. I was able to have a consultation with Dr James Goolnik within a week of my enquiry, and this resulted in a proposed course of treatment for the work. This was carried out a couple of weeks later to my complete satisfaction. ODH follows the Smart protocol for amalgam removal to minimise any toxicity effects. I was impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the whole process. Recommended.
Best dental experience I’ve ever had, by far - and I was having a tooth extracted! James Goolnik and Harriet were both incredibly gentle, empathetic and supportive throughout my visit and procedure. I’m still pinching myself I have found Optimal Dental Health and Dr James Goolnik. I’ve been to many dentists, good and bad, but he is simply outstanding. I dare to say he is the best holistic dentist in London. In addition, he is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Kind, empathetic and thoughtful.
