One Tower Bridge

Here is my feedback: Pros: - Gym is always very clean and equipment well looked after. - Packages are always delivered and secure - Concierge are very friendly and respond quickly to issues Cons: - The Vitality Pool is supposed to be at 36 degrees(it states in the handbook) and it’s always cold/mediocre warm to the point you don’t even want to go in. The staff always offer to turn it up more but the water coming out of the jets are still cold and I think the thermostat must be off/broken. This is probably the most frustrating as this is the main reason I rented my flat. - You have to pay …

Would not recommend living in the building, overpriced, spa facilities always broke, concierge change quite often. The flats in the tower are freezing in the winter, due to badly planned floor heating (you get max 19 degrees in winter in the apartment)…. Not the best investment if you want to buy. In weekends Party noises due to the restaurants.

Great location for proximity to good food. Nice quiet apartments.
