Amazing experience at the practice. I experienced a very warm welcome from the receptionist, followed by a consultation with the very professional and mindful Darren who made me feel instantly at ease. He took his time to give me thorough explanations throughout and continuously checked in with me that I was feeling okay. This was quite sincerely the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office! Thank you 🙏🏼
Having let my dental hygiene lapse, Olsen's has developed a dental care plan for me, that is both tailored to my needs and availability. All the team have been super accommodating and cooperative in this. As for the care itself, I can not fault it. They have always been attentive to my comfort. I also really appreciate the transparency at every step. From sharing x-rays to explaining next steps, I've felt included in the entire process. Happy to recommend!
