Visited the practice for my routine checkup, had an amazing experience. Staff was really welcoming. Recommended.
My husband and I drove over an hour to this dentist's office. We recently moved, but we had an appointment with them that we did not cancel and wanted to attend. However, when we arrived, we were told that our appointment had been canceled. They claimed to have emailed and called us, but we received absolutely nothing no voicemails, missed calls, or emails. Upon checking, they discovered that they had sent emails to the wrong addresses for both me and my husband, which is why we didn’t receive any communication. ❌ Extremely Disappointed, Wasted Time and Zero Accountability We had a dentist appointment today and drove for over an hour, around 14-15 mile just to be turned away at the door. The receptionist claimed our appointment had been cancelled and that they had emailed and called us. This is simply not true. We checked everything: no missed calls, no emails. Nothing.
