Visited the practice for my routine checkup, had an amazing experience. Staff was really welcoming. Recommended.

My husband and I drove over an hour to this dentist's office. We recently moved, but we had an appointment with them that we did not cancel and wanted to attend. However, when we arrived, we were told that our appointment had been canceled. They claimed to have emailed and called us, but we received absolutely nothing no voicemails, missed calls, or emails. Upon checking, they discovered that they had sent emails to the wrong addresses for both me and my husband, which is why we didn’t receive any communication. ❌ Extremely Disappointed, Wasted Time and Zero Accountability We had a dentist appointment today and drove for over an hour, around 14-15 mile just to be turned away at the door. The receptionist claimed our appointment had been cancelled and that they had emailed and called us. This is simply not true. We checked everything: no missed calls, no emails. Nothing. We planned our day around this visit, spent time and fuel to get there, and were treated like we were the ones who made the mistake. Please don't go to this clinic .I went to this so called clinic.i told the butcher .that her wisdom tooth is in pain .and she said she will refere here to a doctor who knows dentists.its been a month I didn't hear from this clinic.i went to clinic serval times .asked them any updates.they were not able to give me correct information.they took 580 pounds.please don't go there it's a trap.doctor and their staff is very unprofessional
