I was always hesitant to go to the dentist because I haven’t always had the best experiences in the past. My father recently went for a check-up at Novo Dental Practice and recommended it to me, and I’m so glad I decided to go. I’ve had the most amazing experience at Novo dental practice. Leda and her team are super friendly, accommodating, answered all my questions and most importantly helped me get my beautiful smile! I’ve attached before and after pictures - first one is a day before I began treatment, the second is a few days after I finished and began maintenance. I’d like to say a massive thank you to all the team and Novo for giving me the smile I’ve always wanted and for an incredible customer service. If I could put more than 5 stars I would!! I can’t recommend Novo enough. From the friendly staff and genuinely personalised care to the extremely professional service and outstanding quality, everything was excellent. I had a number of fillings done (most of them needed due to previous low-quality dental work) as well as a dental hygiene treatment - all completely pain-free, which was a huge contrast to my past experiences. I’m now planning to have dental braces done with them and feel very confident moving forward. Highly recommend Novo to anyone looking for high-quality dental care.
