Extremely frustrated with the lack of transparency regarding the orthodontic waiting list for my son. After being referred in May 2024, we were told in August to expect a 12-month wait. Today, we’ve been told that has doubled to 24 months. It is incredibly unfair to keep accepting referrals if you cannot see patients within a reasonable timeframe. By staying on this list, my son is effectively blocked from being referred to another provider who might actually be able to see him within a year. Please consider closing your referral scheme if you are at capacity, rather than leaving families …
My daughter had her braces fitted, by a lovely lady called Sarah, very friendly and professional. Made my daughters experience painfree and relaxing. Thank you.
Had my sons braces done today with Sarah. She made sure my sons experience with putting in his first braces was as painless and as quick as possible. She was also very friendly, respectful and informative. Explaining the process clearly throughout and made sure he knew what to do to take care of his braces. Sarah was also very cheerful, making jokes and bringing an uplifting atmosphere in her room. Couldn't ask for a better orthodontist for our son!
Sarah was absolutely amazing and very kind. Explained what she was doing throughout the process and her warm personality radiated through the room. Couldn’t recommend anyone better
