Claudia the receptionist was extremely helpful and kind. Dr. Coonar las Vegas style cousin he's very professional, kind explained everything very clearly and made us feel confident in the process. It's near impossible to actually reach the clinic by phone but being treated by e Dr Coonar is worth the effort!

Ive been going to this place for over 4 years now and i have had braces and have had my retainers for over two years now. I booked an appointment today to get my top retained replaced and when i go all the way to Malmins, i go to the desk only for the woman at the desk who works on the left who i have never seen before (she must be new) to treat me with nothing but rudeness. She tells me my appointment was cancelled and that she ‘tried to call me’ even tho no one told me. I found out she called my dads number but i asked my dad and he said he got no call.
