I am absolutely horrified by the treatment I received from this pharmacy and feel compelled to warn other women. On Sunday, I urgently needed the morning after pill. I was unwell and physically unable to attend the pharmacy myself, so my partner went on my behalf. I clearly expressed the urgency of the situation and offered every reasonable solution to comply with requirements, including being available for a video call, forwarding all relevant personal and medical information, and answering any questions necessary. I have the pleasure of dealing with Daniella Fakhouri she makes everything so seamless no request is too big for her. I even get my medication delivered to my house. I highly lips pharmacy overall but personally Daniella is what makes my experience with them excellent all the time.
This pharmacy does not dispense NHS prescriptions — they only handle private prescriptions. It really should be made much clearer that this is a private pharmacy rather than a standard NHS‑dispensing pharmacy. At the moment, the fact that they don’t accept NHS prescriptions is only mentioned within the website FAQs, which feels misleading. Clearer upfront communication would help manage customer expectations and avoid wasted trips.
