I got a filling done at this practice, developed sensitivity and toothache shortly afterwards, called in for an emergency appointment but they asked me there was nothing for a week. Booked in an appointment with a different practice and had another filling done on the same day and was advised i needed an RCT. I called them again 13 times over a period of 3 weeks to book an appointment for RCT and not once the call was received, sent them an email and they decided to ignore the email too. I had a tooth which needed a filling. Upon making an appoint with LeoDental, the receptionist took my details and asked me to wait for a few minutes. This was my first time going. Dr Shah saw me, he was really nice and assuring, taking all the necessary scans for a full check-up and then going over to the computer to show me what my teeth look like. He took the time to patiently explain to me the options, how long it would take, how much it would cost. Dr Shah is great, he is kind, patient, informative and reassuring.
