Appointments constantly cancelled at short notice and impossible to rebook. I booked appointments way in advance, only to get a call a few days before to say the dentist would be on holiday so it's cancelled. Within days, I had another call to say my hygienist appointment was being cancelled for the same reason. Rebooked it for the new year, only to get a call 2 days before to say that my appt for the 2nd of Jan was also cancelled because the practice wouldn't be open that day. Utterly ridiculous.
The dentists I had no issue with but the receptionist was worse than unhelpful. After having booked an appointment in advance of over a month it was cancelled having been given 5 days notice due to a “lack of appointments on the day at the surgery” I then rescheduled for a few days after but she had made the appointment for the following week I had told her I was away. It was a lot of hassle to rearrange, I cancelled it and asked for my deposit back. It was almost comical and multiple times she shared other patient names over the phone when asking for my appointment details rather than allo…
Although I was extremely nervous, both the lovely hygienist and lovely assistant made me feel super comfortable & relaxed! She used psychology to calm me down, cleaned my teeth painlessly & was super informative. To my surprise I had a positive experiences going to the dentist, super happy and thankful. I recommend !
They have been our family dentist for years. Great with our daughter too. Both dentist and hygienist are wonderful, friendly and super professional. They make you feel at ease and always take the time to explain and advise you. Small business which focuses on quality /service rather than quantity like other busy dental practices. 💯 best dental services!
