This has been one of the most unprofessional dental practices I’ve ever dealt with. They cancel appointments at the last possible minute over and over again, with constant excuses and zero accountability. It genuinely feels like NHS patients are pushed to the side and not given any real priority. The reliability is awful, the communication is terrible, and the overall service shows a complete lack of respect for people’s time. Very reasonably priced; it was also very easy to book an appointment online for same day visit. My dentist Fenny was absolutely lovely and so professional. The receptionist was also very knowledgeable. Thank you team!
I’ve been to several dentists in London and always felt like I was being overcharged or upsold treatments I didn’t need. Since switching to Damira, I’ve been genuinely impressed. The service from everyone — from reception to the dental team — has been consistently professional, friendly, and transparent. The treatment has been excellent, and I finally feel like I’m in safe, trustworthy hands. Highly recommend.
The dentist is great and is good at her job but when I booked and paid £120 for a check up and clean over the phone I asked if I’ll need to pay anything extra, and she said no I will not. After my check up I was charged an extra £15 because she said she needs to take another x ray just to make sure so I said okay but no one said it was an extra charge. My family have been coming here for a long time and that was really disappointing..
